What if I want to cancel an appointment?

24 hours cancellation notice is required for routine Dentist & Hygienist appointments to avoid a cancellation charge. This allows the appointment to be offered to others. Cancellations at short notice (less than 24 hours) with either a dentist or hygienist will charged at £50.00 per appointment.

Do you have a dental hygienist?

Yes we do! Appointments are for 30 minutes.

Do you offer a payment plan?

No, but we will assist you in filling out your insurance form if you have dental insurance so that you may be reimbursed.

How can I pay?

We accept all forms of Debit and Credit Cards within the practice as well as cash and cheque.

What are the costs for the different treatments you offer?

This varies according to the treatment required. It is our belief that to attain the best results, we need to use the best materials and the latest technology to provide a long lasting naturally beautiful smile that you deserve. Treatment plans and the full cost of treatment are discussed and explained at your initial consultation appointment. A written treatment breakdown and an estimate of cost will be sent to you before the next appointment. There are no other additional costs.

What if I miss an appointment?

Missed hygiene appointments will be charged at £50. Missed dental appointments will be charged as a percentage of the planned treatment. Giving us 24 hours notice allows us to offer these appointments to others and avoid these charges.

What kind of results can I expect?

Elizabeth Street Dentist will endeavor to provide you with the best possible outcome to your treatments; however, these results will be dependent on the existing state of your oral health and hygiene.
