Absolutely brilliant service. Dr Amin is very professional and was gentle with my teeth and gums; I didn’t feel much pain at all. I was very happy with how she sorted my teeth out. I have a bit of a fear of dentists (I’ve been trying to avoid them for years), but Dr Amin put me right at ease, reassuring me and letting me know what she was doing. I’ll be going for regular checks like I am supposed to now!
Since moving to London, I actually held off from changing my Dentist for a long-time due to still being a patient of the practice back in my hometown. After Elizabeth Street Dentist was recommended by a friend, I went for a regular checkup and was very happy by the service provided by Monica and her team – which has since made me now a regular patient 🙂
My name is Simone Sharman and my father Dr Denis Sharman, was the resident dental surgeon at 85 Elizabeth St – for over 30 years he successfully ran the practice in the heart of Belgravia which became an integral part of the neighbourhood, his patients not only valued his expertise but adored him and stayed with him until he finally retired in 2005.
Cosmetic dentistry was his speciality and his work was, and still is, renowned to be the very best – he was named by Tatler magazine as one of London’s elite A list dentists – and his work was quoted as ‘flawless cosmetic dentistry’
Since my father’s retirement I have tried in vain to find another dentist but it’s been very difficult indeed to find someone in the same calibre as my father – that is until now, when I decided to visit Dr Monica Amin, when I entered the surgery I was pleasantly surprised Monica and her staff warmly welcomed me and immediately put me at ease. Unfortunately I’ve had serious health issues and consequently my teeth have deteriorated dreadfully but Monica has handled my case with diplomacy, efficiency and kindness she has bent over backwards to accommodate my needs which included several early morning emergency appointments– at last I feel this a person I can trust as my dentist.
Monica has told me that her mission is to build the surgery and run it in the same way as my father ran it and I have absolutely no doubt that she will succeed. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
Having two permanent braces from North American orthodontic treatment and as well as gum grafts, I have been wary of dental treatments in the UK not meeting my expectations. My fears were completely dispelled by Dr Monica and her team. The hygienist was thorough but sensitive and I receive an excellent clean on every visit. Dr Monica is well-informed and I was delighted that she was able to fit me in for an emergency treatment when one of my permanent braces became unstuck. I highly recommend Elizabeth Street Dentist and am so grateful to have found a team I trust.

What I like is that Monica provides personal care and advice, takes the time to explain the situation and the different options. She also has a flexible diary, which is very convenient! I totally recommend them.

Who would ever say that they enjoy having to go to the dentist? Yet, here the staff are charming, friendly and knowledgeable. It makes the whole experience so much easier!
Like most people, I don’t like going to the dentist and would only too happily put it off. Monica and her team however endeavour to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Yesterday, it was my turn to see the hygienist. She talked me through the areas she was concerned about and was encouraging about how I had been looking after my teeth. I went away encouraged to try even better for the next 4 months until my next visit. I’ve given a five star rating for the treatment but I wouldn’t say I ‘loved it’!
Same quality as with Dennis Sharman, but in a much friendlier, less stressful, more hygienic atmosphere.

I always used to really hate going to the dentist but seemed to have found the right place here, which suits the style of dental care I’m looking for – laid back and not too pushy. Despite the change of dentist this year from Stefan to Monica the “atmosphere” (if that’s the right word for it) of the practice seems to have stayed more or less the same. No hard sell for treatments, and sound advice on hygiene etc without all the patronising doom and gloom I’ve experienced with other dentists.
Very professional and friendly staff. I do not worry any more about dental treatments since i started seeing Dr Amin.

Amazing Dentist with a lot of experience. Very Friendly and instinctive, he gives you a lot of advice and advise you of options and treatments that are right for you. Several of my friends also use him! I would highly recommend the practice.
